Caroline S. Reilly

Ph.D. candidate, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs

Ms. Reilly will be a second-year Ph.D. candidate at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. She received her undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering from MIT in 2006 and subsequently completed a master’s degree from the War Studies Department at King’s College London, where her thesis investigated the technical consequences of conflict in space. Prior to Princeton, Caroline was a research assistant with the RAND Corporation, focusing mainly on strategic force planning and policy analysis. Caroline is currently a member of the Next Generation Working Group on U.S.-Russian Arms Control at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and the UCSD Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation`s 2011 Public Policy and Nuclear Threats Program.
