Alexandra Toma

Prospects for 2012 Nuclear Security Summit

Ms. Toma is the Co-Chair of the Fissile Materials Working Group. She is also the Executive Director for the Connect U.S. Fund, where she manages the fund’s programmatic operations in nuclear non-proliferation, human rights, climate change, and the civilian-military balance. In addition, she has been named an emerging leader in U.S. foreign policy as both a Truman National Security Fellow and a CSIS Next America Fellow.
