Wilfred Wan

Wilfred Wan is a recipient of a 2010-2011 dissertation fellowship from the University of California’s Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation, and was recently awarded a fellowship by the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the John F. Kennedy School of Government (Harvard University). He will be a 2011-2012 Stanton Nuclear Security pre-doctoral Fellow. Wilfred has done field research in Geneva and Vienna, attended meetings of the Conference on Disarmament, and works on the topic of ˝Change in the Non-proliferation regime.˝
