U.S. Nuclear Posture Review: This panel will focus on how Russia and China have reacted to U.S. President Barrack Obama’s nuclear agenda, particularly as expressed in the April 2010 Nuclear Policy Agenda, and the implications of this interaction between Northeast Asia’s three major nuclear powers for regional dynamics. Speaking to a handout that synthesizes the U.S. nuclear agenda, Dr. Murdock will address the U.S. perspective, followed by Mr. Slocombe discussing Russia and Dr. Saalman covering China. Other regional perspectives will be provided by questions and comments from the audience.
