Pan Zhenqiang

General Pan is a Senior Advisor at the China Reform Forum as well as a Professor and Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Strategic Studies at China’s PLA National Defense University. Previously, he was a Major General in the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, and Director of the Institute of Strategic Studies at the National Defense University. His publications include “Promoting Peace and Development in Asia under the Guidance of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence” and “China and NATO in the Future.”
