Dong Qingling

Dr. Dong is a Research Fellow in the School of International Relations at the University of International Business and Economics. He is also a Research Fellow in international investment at the Beijing-based Institute for International Economics also affiliated with the University of International Business and Economics. He serves as the Director of the Project for China`s New Diplomacy, funded by China`s Ministry of Education. Dr. Dong received a Ph.D. in International Relations from the China Foreign Affairs University.
