Daniel Gearin

Center for a New American Security (CNAS)

Daniel Gearin is a Joseph S. Nye, Jr. National Security Research Intern at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), where he supports the Asia-Pacific Security team. Prior to joining CNAS, Daniel was a research fellow at the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Affairs from Northeastern University in Boston and earned a M.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University. Daniel spent two years living in Beijing, China and speaks Mandarin.
