Kim Sung-Hwan

Mr. Kim was graduated from the department of economics at Seoul National University in 1976, and later studied at School of Slavonic and East European Studies at the University of London. He served as the deputy minister for planning and management at MOFAT from January 2005. In June 2008, Mr. Kim served as the senior secretary to the president for foreign Affairs and trade and was subsequently appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade in October 2010.
