David Shorr
Mr. Shorr, a program officer at the Stanley Foundation, is career-long foreign policy specialist and respected commentator on international affairs?currently focused on the role of rising powers. Prior to joining the foundation, he spent many years with Washington think tanks and advocacy groups, including Human Rights First, Refugees International, Search for Common Ground, British American Security Information Council, and the Arms Control Association. Mr. Shorr served as co-editor for two books based on recent foundation projects: Powers & Principles: International Leadership in a Shrinking World and Bridging the Foreign Policy Divide.
