Thomas Plant

Mr. Plant is a research fellow at the International Centre for Security Analysis (ICSA) at King’s College London. Prior to joining ICSA in April 2012, he worked on non-proliferation issues in the UK Ministry of Defence and the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office. His main research interest is in North Korean issues, though he also works more broadly on nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament. Mr. Plant holds an M.Sc. in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a postgraduate certificate in Systems Engineering from Cranfield University.
