Qin sheng (秦升)

Dr. Qin has been an assistant professor in the National Institute of International Strategy at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences since 2011. He was a visiting scholar at Bonn University in Germany from 2009 to 2010. He received his M.A and Ph.D. in economics from the Renmin University of China.
