Shen Zhihua (沈志华)

Professor Shen is the director of the Teaching and Research Section of Economics at the PLA National Defense University. He is a member of the National Security and Defense Economics Committee at the Chinese Economic System Analysis Institute. He studied at the National Defense University and his primary focus is China`s economic development strategy and defense economic development strategy. He holds a Ph.D. in economics.
