Dr. Dong is an associate professor in the School of International Relations at the University of International Business and Economics (SIR-UIBE). He also serves as a research follow for international investment at the Institute of International Economy at UIBE; a senior researcher for foreign policy at the Center for Public Diplomacy Studies at the Beijing Foreign Studies University at UIBE; and a program director for China’s New Diplomacy in the Era of Web 2.0, funded by China’s Ministry of Education. His latest work is Complex Constructivism: the Evolution of Conflict and Cooperation. Dr. Dong received his Ph.D. in international relations from China Foreign Affairs University in 2009.
