Pan Liang (潘亮)

Mr. Pan is a member of the editorial board of Global Finance Magazine and a visiting fellow at the International Technology and Economy Institute. He holds a B.A. in philosophy from Peking University and a master’s degree in finance from California State University at Los Angeles.
