Park Goon-Cherl

Dr. Park is the president of the KEPCO International Nuclear Graduate School. He is also the chairman of the board of trustees of the Korea Institute of Nuclear Nonproliferation and Control. Previously, he was the commissioner of the Korea Atomic Energy Commission; the president of the Korea Nuclear Society; and a professor of nuclear engineering at Seoul National University. He received his B.A. and M.A. from Seoul National University and Ph.D. in nuclear engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
