Kelsey Hartigan

Kelsey Hartigan is a non-proliferation and defense policy researcher for NSN. Prior to joining NSN, Kelsey worked with Barry Blechman and the International Security and Nuclear Weapons program at the Henry L. Stimson Center. Kelsey has also interned with the State Department and the U.S. Delegation to the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva, Switzerland. She has spent time studying at Leiden University in the Netherlands as well as at Tec de Monterrey in Queretaro, Mexico. Kelsey is a graduate of Purdue University.
