Kenta Horio

Mr. Horio is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Nuclear Engineering and Management at the University of Tokyo, and a nonproliferation information analyst at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. His areas of interests are nuclear non-proliferation, international safeguards, and international cooperation for the peaceful use of nuclear energy. He has interned for the IAEA and the Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA).
